We understand that adapting new fitness/nutrition habits can be difficult and often times become a roller coaster. We want to change your view on fitness so that it becomes apart of who you are and your lifestyle. Our goal at MA5 Performance is to deliver a well balanced workout routine that not only improves physical performance, but enhances your mental health and overall quality of life. To achieve this, we must focus on the five key components of fitness and how excelling in each maximizes your overall performance.

We are committed to you and your health and fitness goals! We understand everyone has specific goals and we want to set you up for success to reach those goals. Our certified coaches will design a customized workout program based on the assessment results and your fitness goals.
If you are looking for variety in your workouts along with camaraderie of others, come check out our small groups!
Small group training consist of everyone performing the same workout focused on a specific area of the body. Classes are a max of 10 people to keep it more personal and allows more form correcting.
The goal of our trainers is to apply sports specific workouts/programs that are practical to everyone's individual needs, depending on their sport. We will help you improve overall speed, agility, movement patterns, and athleticism. Building an athletic foundation, improving motor skills, maximizing potential and reducing injury probability is key and our main objective!
Nutrition is such a pivotal aspect when it comes to reaching your health and fitness goals! It is important to understand when it comes to your diet, our main objective is to build sustainability! Sustainability is built on moderation and portion control. Incorporating a diet that allows you to eat your favorite food, not feel restricted and still get results is our goal.
