We start with an INBody scan as well as take body measurements, weight, height, cardio vascular/muscular strength/endurance test, observe postural deviations, muscular weaknesses, tightness, imbalances and other faulty movement patterns. We will use this as a starting point to see where you are at in order to design a customized workout program that is ideal for your fitness needs based on your assessment results.
